I’m really passionate about how we can better support our apprentices in the early stages of their locksmith training. I’ve noticed that hands-on practice in real-life scenarios, like during weekends or job shadows, makes a huge difference. I’d love to hear what other trainers are doing to foster that growth and make learning more impactful.
