What tools do you never leave the job without?
A plug spinner lives in my pocket with a slim pry bar; it turns a ‘wrong-way pick’ into a 2-second save and keeps the customer’s cylinder happy — the locksmith’s little undo button. If spinners aren’t your thing, a reversible pick set works in a pinch but costs time. Anyone else keeping a micro borescope in the van for checking tailpieces and cams?
