Keeping our locksmith tools organized

I’ve been thinking about how important tool organization is in our shop for efficiency and customer service. We recently invested in new shelving units, and I’ve noticed a significant drop in the time it takes to find and use the right tools. Does anyone else have tips or systems that work well for keeping tools in order?

, I totally get it about the time it takes to find and use the right tools. We’ve started labeling our shelves with clear categories — it’s made a big difference. Maybe adding a magnetic strip for frequently used keys could cut down on the chaos too? How often do you reorganize your setup?

Great point on tool organization! I’ve found that using clear bins really helps too. Do you think a tool inventory could further streamline things?

It’s all about finding the right mix, like making a perfect smoothie — too much of one thing and you just end up with a banana disaster! I think setting individual goals during team drills can really help players shine under pressure; have you tried that approach before?

Calibration can be tricky, especially under new standards… I found regular checks on the autoclave temperature really help maintain accuracy. Have any of you faced issues during the transition?
