I’d add a quick “egress/ADA sweep” up front and sticker each opening with a temporary ID/QR so photos, cylinder/hinge data, and reader plan stay tied together — saves me from photo bingo later. @OP, do you capture door rating and wall type early for retail/light industrial so we don’t spec a mag on a rated pair or a strike on a flimsy hollow frame?
